Visitor Guidelines
All visitors should adhere to these rules.
Check‑in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am sharp (unless other arrangements have been made)
Only the renter whose name is on the reservation will be able to check in/out, and will be responsible for the conduct of all individuals occupying the cottage and/or grounds throughout the duration of their stay
The renter will provide the names of all occupants staying at the cottage
You are expected to uphold a standard of cleanliness to the cottage during your visit
Quiet times are between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am
No unregistered guests after 11:00 pm
No smoking or vaping is permitted on the property
No burning candles or incense
No parties
No pets allowed — no exceptions
Guests are expected to follow the posted instructions for garbage, recycling, and composting
Renters are liable for any and all damages and/or loss to the cottage property caused by them or as a result of their negligence and any bylaw infractions that may be issued while at the cottage
There are a maximum of two available parking spaces — paid street parking is available
Payment Schedule and Refund Policy
Immediately Upon Booking
An initial payment of 25% of total fees are due.
Between Booking and at least 30 Days Before Check‑In
If the reservation is cancelled during this time, 100% of the initial payment collected will be refunded.
Between 30 - 7 days Before Check-In
If the reservation is cancelled during this time, 50% of the initial payment collected will be refunded.
Between 7 days and up to Check-In
If the reservation is cancelled during this time, no refund will be offered. Remaining balance is due at check-in.
